I Went to the app store and searched YouTube. Clicked on it. Now the usual screen comes up but instead of the normal 'open' button, that button is faded like I can't press it. I try anyway and nothing happens. I try accessing YouTube from the internet but when i search YouTube it asks me 'open in app?' I click ok. Nothing happens. I search again and this time click cancel. Nothing happens. So I can't access YouTube on my new iPad Air. What can I do?
